Unlimited access to all classes so you can find the sessions that suit you best

The Kickstart gives you the opportunity to experience everything Intension has to offer, meet the community, and establish a routine that works for you.

After your 28 days, if you decide you'd like to continue your progress, you can move into one of our flexible ongoing memberships.
