This 4-week programme is designed to help you build momentum, gain confidence, and start seeing real results with the right support from day one.
Your Kickstart includes:
• 1:1 Body Scan & Consultation so we can understand your starting point and track your progress
• Unlimited access to all classes so you can find the sessions that suit you best
• Nutrition guidance to help support your training and energy
• Coaching and accountability to keep you consistent over the 28 days
The Kickstart gives you the opportunity to experience everything Intension has to offer, meet the community, and establish a routine that works for you.
After your 28 days, if you decide you'd like to continue your progress, you can move into one of our flexible ongoing memberships.
