Ninety minutes: a movement warm-up followed by guided breathwork, delivered by the same facilitator, back to back. It's the combination of fitness instruction and breathwork facilitation in a single session — a genuinely rare pairing, and our most requested corporate booking.

Supporting your team through menopause is one of the most overlooked ways to improve attendance, retention and performance — and one of the easiest to get right once you know how. This is a practical-led session, not a lecture: the majority of the 90 minutes is spent doing, not talking.
